Schools are instituted to provide the students with good education in a free and comfortable atmosphere. Quality education is a must for the present generation to face the highly advanced and competitive world. Keeping this in mind we have equipped our curriculum with a range of co-curricular activities.
Every year activities have been diversified and new trends have been set up. Some of the activities introduced during the last two years were the Holy Quran Recitation competition, the Science Quiz etc. Other competitions conducted during the years (2008-10) were Elocution, Debate, G.K & Maths Quiz, Essay Writing, Drawing and Painting, Creative Writing, Poetry Recitation, Spelling Bee, Extempore etc. All these activities provided a platform for our students to exhibit their talents.
It is true that the mind of a child needs to be developed, but it is the body which houses the mind, and as such the fitness of the body is an integral part of any education system. Hence the school organized several sports events. Some of the extra- curricular activities conducted were swimming, Throw ball, Badminton, Hand ball, Cricket, Kho-Kho, Carom, Table- Tennis and Foot ball.
A separate Basketball court and swimming pool were set up in the Girls' section.
Academic Excellence:
Our school has a glorious tradition of getting good results.
Sajin Sunny Mathew of grade 10th set a new record by scoring 96.2% in the Central Board of Secondary Education Examination held in March 2007-2008. Other top scorers were Rakesh Retnakarn and Sheldon Rodrigues. Both scored 94.2%.

Election of Student office Bearers
An Election for the various posts of office bearers was held to create an awareness into the democratic process of election. The students from VI-XII participated with great enthusiasm to exercise their franchise for electing the students council. The elected student council was empowered with their new charge in an investiture ceremony.
New courses and new facilities
To widen the academic Spectrum new courses like Home -Science for the girls of XI and XII, Physical Education for the boys of XI and XII, were introduced. "Malayalam, Arabic, Urdu, French" to be included also as 3rd languages for Grade III to VIII.
A well equipped computer lab and library were made particularly to cater to the needs of the Girls' Section.
Science Exhibition: - A Science Exhibition was held from Grade VI-XII where working models, models, projects, experiments and charts were displayed.
The exhibition was aimed to bring out the talent and creativity of our students which enabled them to channelize their scientific temper.
Guest Lectures: The students of the school had the privilege of listening to lectures on the topics like "Teenage Behaviour" "Career Guidance" etc.
Resource persons enlightened the students on the issues of confidence building, facing exam fear, etc.
Cluster Meet - Our students participated in the XIX cluster meet from 7th to 10th Nov 2009 organised by the International Indian School at Riyadh. Students participated in the various competitions like Debate, Badminton Table Tennis Relay, Athletics etc.
Sajin Sunny Mathew of XII - B who participated in the Debate Competition was judged the 3rd best speaker from the senior group.
A school picnic is must to relieve the students form the mundane indoor academics and to give them the first hand experience of Edu nature. A school picnic for the girls of grade IV-VII was organised to Al-Salaam Park, Batha and Yamamah Resort for the girls of Grade VIII, IX and XI.
While for the boys of grade IV- VII went to the Al-Salaam Park, Batha, and grade VII, IX and XI went to Al-Yamamah Resort.
Celebration of events and other occasions:
Hindi Divas and Republic Day were celebrated by conducting special assemblies.
On Hindi Divas students sand patriotic songs in hind and spoke about the importance of Hindi Divas. On Republic Day students spoke in all the regional languages to represent unity in diversity.
The National Level Science Talent Search Examination was held on 25th January 2009. Eshan. M. Patel of III, Abrar Mohd. Safi of IV and Rakesh Retnakaran of XI stood first, second and third in the school respectively.
This year too NSTSE was held on 3rd January. Students again participated with huge numbers. This is an opportunity for them to compete with other students at All India level, Devishi Kambiranda of V, Jaspreet Singh of IV Shreya M. Nair of VI and Eshan M. Patel of IV did very well in the Exam.
Annual Day: The school celebrated its Annual Day on May 1st and 2nd 2008.
The function began by the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. Flower- bouquets were presented to the guests. In the prize distribution ceremony many trophies and prizes were awarded to the meritorious students. In the variety programs that followed, students presented colourful items which varied from the Indian folk dances to the western break dance. The marvellous cultural fiesta won the accolade of the entire audience.
All these activities and events were made possible with the zest and zeal of our teachers, principal as well as with the patronage of the members of School management committee. A special thanks to all the event co coordinators and the teachers in -charge for their selfless efforts. They are responsible for the success of all the events and activities.
